Hello & Welcome!

I am so excited to be your teacher this year. My name is Jacki Newman. I am the third grade math teacher at JE S. This will be my thirtieth year of teaching in the Butts County School System. I have taught at all three elementary schools and have taught all grades except 4th grade. I teach EIP and co-teach with special ed.

I was born in Ohio, but moved to Butts County in the second grade. I am a proud graduate of Jackson High School. I live in Jackson with my husband, Clyde and four children. They are Riley, Daniel, James, and Taylor. I love teaching math, gardening, and spending time with my family. I was voted as Teacher of the Year for Jackson Elementary last year. I am the teacher of the year for the Butts County School System.
