Ms. Barnes is a devoted educator to the students of Butts County. She has been a valued member of our school community for many years, building lasting relationships and making a meaningful impact on generations of students. One of her current second-grade teammates is even a former student of hers, which speaks volumes about the influence and inspiration she provides.
Ms. Barnes genuinely loves her students and consistently goes the extra mile to support them academically, social, and emotionally, she skillfully navigates challenges with patience, compassion, and professionalism, always putting students’ needs first. In addition to her work during the school day, Ms. Barnes also serves in our Extended Day Program, where she continues to provide a safe, caring, and enriching environment for students beyond regular hours.
We are lucky to have a teammate like Ms. Barnes at Butts County School System.
