BCSS kicked off the 2026-27 school year with our Opening Celebration on July 24th. We always look forward to being together as a team, showing some (major) school pride, recognizing our awesome staff, and hearing from a great motivational speaker, like Sam Glenn. Thank you, Mr. Glenn, for sharing your time, your art, and your positive outlook with us. We would also like to thank all the businesses and organizations that were a part of our vendor fair and who donated to our Teacher of the Year/ Support Person of the Year gift baskets. We are so grateful to be part of such a generous community.

On the afternoon of September 1, 2026, a Henderson Middle School student suffered a medical emergency requiring transportation by helicopter.
