Would you like to have access to information about your child(s) individual Bus Schedule, Route updates or other Bus notifications? We are happy to introduce our new parent transportation portal, Travel Tracker.

With Travel Tracker Parent Portal and BusQuest Parent App you now have an OPTIONAL, easy-access way to view/access Bus information for your student(s) complete with route information, driver contact info and approximate AM pickup times (PM times to come very soon).

SCAN the QR Code for the transportation registration Parent Portal to Create a Parent Portal account to begin the Bus registration process. Then Click on New Parent “Create Account”

After registration info has been accepted and when routing of your child is complete you will receive an email with their individual Bus schedule information.

NOTE: The Parent Portal/App are NOT required for your child to receive Bus Transportation, it’s just an OPTIONAL, convenient way to access their Bus schedule and related Bus info.

The BusQuest App is the same info as the Parent Portal, just conveniently viewed on your mobile device. To use the app though, you must create a Parent Portal Acct at the link above…

Recently you may have received an email from our transportation routing system (TravelTracker or App-Garden) regarding signing up/registering for BCSS Bus transportation on a Parent Portal / App. We hope that the brief points shown below help clarify the email(s) you may have received. Note: If you didn't receive one, check your Spam folder.

• The email sent was legitimate and from our bus routing system, it was just delivered earlier than expected.
• Registration in the Portal/App is NOT required in order to be able to ride a bus.
• Any changes in phone, address, etc... are made at the school using Infinite Campus and NOT through the Portal/App
• The Portal / App simply allows you to view your child's individual bus schedule if you are registered and allows for efficient communication if we have delays or changes with your child’s bus.
