Southern Crescent Technical College's Adult Education classes are designed to help students with College and Career Readiness, GED Preparation, Life Skills, and English Language Learning. Individuals ages 16 and up are eligible to enroll in the program with proper documentation. Instruction includes individualized assignments, small group and large group instruction and activities, and online components in order to maximize learning opportunities. An array of class times and days allows students to attend classes without sacrificing job, family, and other commitments.

Governor Nathan Deal signed House Bill 91 into law on March 30, 2015. The law allows students no longer enrolled in the school system to petition the Board of Education for a diploma if they have met all requirements expect passing the graduation test during the time of enrollment.
