I am a life-long resident of Butts County and graduated from Jackson High School.  I received a Bachelor's degree in Education from Macon State College.  My certifications are in both general and special education.  I also have earned an endorsement in reading.  I am beginning my 18th year at Jackson Elementary School.  During this time, I have taught Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade.  This is my fifth year teaching 4th grade.  I am looking forward to a great year.
