BCSS Families and Stakeholders,

On September 23, 2024, a Butts County School System school bus was involved in an automobile accident during the afternoon route. The BCSS administration immediately assessed the wellness of students and staff. Law enforcement was notified. At this time, school officials have contacted the families of all students that were on the bus during the incident.

The Butts County School System would like to thank all first responders for their help during this time.
