My name is Erin Downing. I am excited about this school year.  This is my 20th year! 

I was born and raised in Butts County.  I am a graduate of Jackson High School. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders and a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Valdosta State University.

I have been married to my husband, Brad, for 18 years.  We have two boys, Barrett and Brock.  We have a Miniature Aussiedoodle named Ozzie. I love to travel with my family, crafting, and anything Disney!

I was honored to be chosen as the Teacher of the Year for Stark Elementary School for the 2019-2020 school year.  I have been blessed with great colleagues, awesome students, and wonderful memories at BCSS!
