Hello! I am a Kindergarten teacher. My teaching career began in 1994, and I am so excited to be teaching in the community in which I live. I began my teaching in 1994 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where I was born and raised. I received my Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, my Master's degree in Reading and Language Arts from Walden University and have also added Math and Gifted Endorsements. While I have taught many grades, 24 of those years have been in Kindergarten, which is my absolute love!!!

My husband and I have lived in Jackson, Georgia for the past 19 years. We have two beautiful children; Joel and Kelly, who are both nurses. Our family has a farm in Thomaston, Georgia where we (my husband) grow blueberries, figs, tomatoes, muscadines, scuppanongs, okra, Christmas trees and much more. Needless to say, there is always something to do on the farm, and it keeps us very busy.
