Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Lisa Holland

Hello! I am a Kindergarten teacher and while this is my first year at Stark Elementary, my teaching career began in 1994 and I am so excited to be teaching in the community in which I live. I began my teaching career in 1994 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where I was born and raised. I received my Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, my Master's degree in Reading and Language Arts from Walden University and have also added  Math and Gifted Endorsements from Henry County Schools. While I have taught many grades, 22 of those years have been in Kindergarten, which is my absolute love!!!

My husband and I have lived in Jackson, Georgia for the past 18 years. We have two beautiful children; Joel, who is a traveling nurse and loves it, and Kelly, who will be earning her nursing degree and will be graduating next year. Our family has a farm in Thomaston, Georgia where we (my husband) grow blueberries, figs, tomatoes, muscadines, scuppanongs, okra, Christmas trees and much more. Needless to say, there is always something to do on the farm and it keeps us very busy.

I have the distinct honor to be working with Mrs. Mallory Adamson this year. Read below to find out more about this phenomenal woman!!

My name is Mallory Adamson and I will be your child's kindergarten paraprofessional this year! This will be my 2nd year at Stark Elementary. I have been blessed to be a part of such a strong family here that loves children and foresees their best interest. I am so excited about this year, and look forward to watching your child grow!

I have been married to my sweet husband for 16 years. We have two wonderfully made children and two dogs, Daisy and Charlie. My son is entering his second year of middle school, and my daughter is entering her last year of elementary. We enjoy spending time with family and friends!
