My name is LaShonda Fears. I am a 4th grade teacher at Hampton L. Daughtry.

I am a native of Butts County. My bachelor's and master's degree was attained from Mercer University. Go Bears! I have twenty years of experience in the field of education.

I strongly believe that every child deserves an inspiring teacher in their life. I strive to be that teacher. As an adult, I still remember teachers who believed in me throughout my years in school. The teachers made a difference in my life and empowered me to follow my dreams. Those lasting impressions led me to believe that I could have that same impact on the lives of my students.
