My name is John Emerson and I am the Director of Bands for Jackson High School and the Fine Arts Department Chair. Please use this website to find out more information about Instrumental Music at JHS.

 I graduated from Valdosta State in 1998 with my BA in Music Education and I graduated from Georgia College in 2010 with my Master's in Music Education.

I taught for 4 years in Florida before coming back to Georgia. My experience includes grades K-12 in both Music and Technology.
