Hello! :)

I am Mrs. Bailey and this will be my 10th year as an educator and my 2nd year as a teacher at Jackson High School. I previously taught at Griffin High School in Griffin Spalding County for 4 years and I am originally from Mississippi, which is where I taught my first 4 years.This year, I will be teaching Intro to Business Technology. I am also the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) adviser. 

My education philosophy is "learning is a lifelong process". The learning process is different for everyone, but it happens for everyone. I embrace the fact that students learn differently and at different paces. I embody the fact that, as a teacher, I don't know everything and I look forward to learning and embracing different perspectives from my students and peers.

This class runs through Google Classroom, which means all class updates and assignments can be found in Google Classroom. Also, an agenda is posted in Google Classroom daily for students to see. Lastly, an update is sent out weekly to parents and students via Infinite Campus and parents are encouraged to respond to the email with any questions, comments, or concerns they may have.
